| Why don’t you have every age group available? | We have limited space available on the day and the Tournament is run by a small group of volunteers |
| How many spaces do you have available in each age group? | Each age group will consist of the following number of teams. These will be broken down in to mini leagues based on ability and the current division of each team. U7: 24 U8: 24 U9: 24 U9 Girls: 6 U10: 12 U10 Girls: 6 U11: 24 U11 Girls: 12 U12: 24 U12 Girls: 6 U13: 6 U13 Girls: 12 U14: 18 U14 Girls: 12 |
| How many games will each team play? | We are aiming for leagues of 6 teams each, so each team will play at least 5 games (subject to change on the day). |
| How will I know if there are any spaces left? | When spaces are low we will periodically update the registration form to advise approximately how many spaces are left. If there are no spaces left in an age group you will receive a red warning message when selecting the relevant age group. |

| Can girls teams enter? | Yes. We have girls specific divisions for 2026, but girls teams may enter any division they choose. |
| Can mixed teams enter? | Yes, in mixed categories. |

| How many teams can I enter on the registration form? | Up to 4 teams per form. If you want to enter more teams, please submit additional forms. |
| What is the entrance fee? | £35 per team |

| Will I get a payment receipt and confirmation of my team’s entrance? | Yes, by email |
| Why can’t I use a hotmail email address to sign up with? | Our website emails are blocked by hotmail, so please use another email address |
| What is the format of the competition? | Champions League Format – Group stage – Semi-Final – Final All entrants will be added to an ability appropriate group, with all groups operating separately from each other. |
| Will there be trophies and medals? | Yes, for finalists |
| Is Car Parking available? | Yes, but limited. Cars are charged at £5 each. |
| Will you be using an App for fixtures and to track results? | Yes. Download the app from Tournify. |
| What format are the games? | U7-U8: 5-a-side U9-U12: 7-a-side U13-U14: 6-a-side |
| Is there a limit on the number of subs? | No. But if you’ve got a few subs, please consider entering 2 teams if you’ve enough players. |
| Are there any other entry requirements? | – Clubs must be FA affiliated. We will contact you before the tournament to obtain your affiliation ID. This can be found at https://clubs.thefa.com – This is a Grassroots Tournament so please bear this in mind when registering your team. |
| Do you offer refunds if my team is no longer able to attend? | No. All paid entries are final and no refunds will be given. |
